ImportAppliances only sells new products which come in their original retail packaging. ImportAppliances will not ship you any seconds, showroom models, damaged or fake appliances.

Language setting

ImportAppliances guarantees that any appliance with a display sold on our website can be set to English. On most appliances, you can select the language of your choice when you power it up for the first time.


Products will typically only come with a manual in German, Dutch or French. For most products, a manual in English can be downloaded from our website.


All goods sold by The Export Shop are CE compliant and operate on a voltage of 230V and a frequency of 50Hz.



The EU distance selling directive applies to any orders billed to and shipped to an address within the EU.
Orders billed to or shipped to an address outside the EU can only be cancelled within 24 hours after ordering.

All appliances sold by ImportAppliances are brand new, please note that many manufacturers however no longer cover international warranty. 60-day peace of mind policy, a local warranty by ImportAppliances

Goods sold to customers in Australia, Hong Kong, Korea, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore and New Zealand come with a 60-day peace of mind warranty, a local warranty in which case ImportAppliances will pay for any warranty repairs necessary within this 60 day period.
Please note that warranty is limited to technical faults and will not cover damage due to wrong installation, misuse, accidental damage, etc. Warranty is also limited to personal use only. ImportAppliances reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the warranty at any time without notice.

The prices listed on this website are subject to change due to variations in the exchange rate, tax rates, fuel charges, etc. If the price goes up after you ordered you won’t be charged extra. If the price goes down we won’t be able to refund the difference.
Please note that this does not apply in case of a mistake in pricing on this website. If we mistakenly charged too much we will refund the difference, if the price charged was too low we reserve the right to cancel your order and offer a full refund.

Import taxes

Europe: Goods sold via www.importappliances.eu will get delivered DDP within the EU.
Singapore: Goods sold via www.importappliances.sg will get delivered DDP to Singapore.
Hong Kong: Goods sold via www.importappliances.hk will get delivered DDU to Hong Kong.
Macau: Goods sold via Macau.importappliances.com will get delivered DDU to Macau.
Australia: Goods sold via www.importappliances.com.au will get delivered either DDU (if listed as tax-free) or DDP (if listed as tax inclusive) to Australia.
New Zealand: Goods sold via www.importappliances.co.nz will get delivered DDP to New Zealand.
Other countries: Goods sold via www.importappliances.com will get delivered FOB to worldwide (exclusions apply). The receiver is responsible for any import taxes or additional handling.

Payments via credit card are processed by Braintree. The payment area is secured using industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL). You'll know when you enter this area because the small yellow padlock appears in the bottom right-hand corner of your browser. The other indication is in the address bar. You'll notice that http:// is replaced by https:// (the 's' standing for 'Secure'). Payments via credit card will be processed in one of the following currencies:
AUD for orders placed on ImportAppliances.com.au
HKD for orders placed on ImportAppliances.hk
NZD for orders placed on ImportAppliances.co.nz
SGD for orders placed on ImportAppliances.sg
EUR for orders placed on importappliances.com and ImportAppliances.eu
Please note that some banks might charge a commission for currency conversions or for overseas transactions. Please check with your credit card provider about such charges before placing the order.



All goods are shipped via either express courier or air freight. Once your order is ready to ship we’ll send you a tracking number, an estimated delivery date and details on how to track your order. The courier might ask for assistance upon delivering the items to you.


All shipments require a signature upon delivery. If the courier is not able to deliver the goods after multiple attempts or when delivery is refused by the consignee goods will be returned to sender (within the EU) or will get destroyed (if shipped outside the EU). In such an event goods cannot be refunded.


All goods are fully insured. Please contact us within 24 hours after delivery in case of any damage. In case an item gets damaged in transit we will immediately send you a new item, so you don't have to worry about anything! We do require some pictures of the damaged, unopened box, and of the product. The damaged product in its original packaging will then be picked up at a later date.


Please check your order thoroughly upon delivery, if you notice that your delivery is either inaccurate or incomplete you must inform ImportAppliances within 24 hours after delivery. In case a wrong item was shipped by ImportAppliances, return shipping will be paid for and arranged by ImportAppliances.
