1+1=3; Two ovens in one appliance and that's not all. This Bosch oven is both a full multifunctional oven and a steam oven. Not only can you use this appliance as a regular oven or use it for juicy steam dishes, you can also combine both regular and steam functions (steam assisted cooking). Baking in combination with steam is great for making shiny bread crusts. Meat dishes roasted with hot air and steam become crispy on the outside and juicy inside. Almost no cleaning is necessary thanks to a special coating that automatically absorbs grime. Not only the back, but the side walls and top of your oven are covered with this special microceramic coating. The patented lining is made up of thousands of microscopic, porous, oxygen-filled ceramic spheres. When the oven heats up, oxygen is released from the spheres and causes any grease or waste deposits on the lining to break down or oxidise, leaving the oven sparkling clean. Another great benefit is between 30-80% odour reduction depending on the food being cooked.

This oven comes with a fresh water container cleverly hidden behind its display panel. Not only allowing you to fill the tank without having to open your oven door, it also allows your oven cavity to be bigger. This oven doesn't require an external water connection, allowing you more flexibility in choosing its position in your kitchen. With the press of a button the display panel lifts up, once the tank is filled you just slide it back in, close the display panel and start steaming.

You can place your food on any shelf level with 4D HotAir, the results will be consistently perfect. The rotating fan alternates its direction during cooking to distribute heat evenly on every level. This oven is equipped with Multi-level LED lighting. The multi-level LED lighting offers illumination on each level, which is exceptionally convenient when baking on multiple levels. LED is currently the brightest light on the market, is extremely economical and has the longest life.

The PerfectBake sensor function constantly measures the precise moisture level of your dishes and automatically adjusts the entire baking process. You don't have to worry about setting the heating mode, length of time or temperature ever again. Roast lamb, Christmas turkey or fish, with the PerfectRoast meat probe you are always assured of excellent results. Become effortlessly a masterchef. The PerfectRoast meat probe features three sensitive measuring points and uses the lowest temperature reading to determine the core temperature before calculating the residual cooking time, to ensure perfect cooking results. Used manually or with Bosch Assist, you can modify the suggested core temperature (within a recommended range) and combine with microwave and steam cooking functions.
